About the house:

On the ground floor, to the right of the entrance hall is the laboratory-style kitchen. Towards the back of the house, you will find the dining room. On the left, this is the living room which has a wood fireplace and high ceilings. The garage can be accessed through a door located in the dining room. While access to the courtyard is through a patio door also located in the dining room.

When you go upstairs, the property is divided into a few levels. On the first landing is the master bedroom with the first bathroom. A few steps higher, there are two other large bedrooms.

Towards the basement, there is another landing with a second bathroom and a bedroom that is currently used as an office. In the basement, there is a large family room with a bar. There is also a laundry room and a storage space located in the lower part of the basement.

The courtyard is fully landscaped with mature hedges. There are two spacious wooden terraces as well as a shed.

About the neighborhood:

Val-des-arbres is a peaceful and family-friendly area with mature trees. The neighborhood has many parks. Nearby are the Saint-Paul elementary school and the l'Escale school. There is also the Nature Center.

On Saint-Martin, you will find all the shops and services you may need: gas station, restaurants, banks, Caisse, health care, etc.
